Full Service Design, Planning, Coordination & Styling Package:

We’ll do all the design and planning, and execute a flawless event.

*Prices starting at $7,500.

  • An online planning guide to help us stay organized and on-track.
  • Complete wedding/event design, to include discussion of theme, color, style, etc.
  • Assistance in budget determination and breakdown, as needed.
  • Research of vendors in each category that fit your style and budget, vendor outreach, proposal and contract negotiation, and recommendations and guidance on making the final selections.
  • Unlimited in-person meetings, attendance at vendor appointments (schedule permitting), and unlimited communication via email/text/phone.
  • Up to three (3) visits to the venue prior to the event.
  • Development of a detailed timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors.
  • Follow-up telephone calls/emails to contracted vendors prior to wedding/event day to confirm contracts, load-ins, setup, teardown and load-outs.
  • On-site wedding/event rehearsal and rehearsal dinner coordination and supervision (up to three (3) hours).
  • On-site wedding and reception/event coordination and supervision (up to twelve (12) hours).
  • Up to two (2) additional event managers, on site, the day of the wedding/event.
  • Setup and breakdown of all wedding/event decor. (Items must be boxed and clearly labeled). (This does not include tables and chairs. An additional fee of $500 will apply for table and chair setup and breakdown).
  • Collection and storage of all gifts and cards.
  • Distribution of all final vendor payments and gratuities. (Please note, these must be in marked and sealed envelopes).

Design, Coordination & Styling Package:

We will handle the design and provide some guidance as you plan your wedding. Then, we’ll pull it all together with coordination and styling.

*Prices starting at $4,500.

  • An online planning guide to help us stay organized and on-track.
  • Complete wedding/event design, to include discussion of theme, color, style, etc.
  • Assistance in budget determination and breakdown, as needed.
  • Research of vendors in each category that fit your style and budget, and recommendations and guidance on making the final selections.
  • Up to five (5) in-person meetings and venue visits, and unlimited communication via email/text/phone.
  • Development of a detailed timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors.
  • Follow-up telephone calls/emails to contracted vendors prior to wedding/event day to confirm contracts, load-ins, setup, teardown and load-outs.
  • On-site wedding/event rehearsal coordination and supervision (up to two (2) hours).

We’ll provide a little guidance and direction as you design and plan your wedding, and then we’ll pull it all together flawlessly.
