While we move forward with weddings and events for the second half of the year, as planned, for now, we’re working very hard behind the scenes to be ready to change course as needed.

In the event your wedding needs to be rescheduled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, here are the steps we’ll take to ensure you still have the wedding of your dreams.
- We will reach out to your VENUE to identify some alternative dates.
- We will reach out to YOU to present the list of available dates and ask for two dates that might work for you.
- We will reach out to your ENTIRE VENDOR TEAM and run both viable dates by everyone to see if we can get a consensus for one date vs. the other.
- In the event an existing vendor is not available for either date, we will reach out to an ALTERNATE vendor for availability and pricing, and advise you in booking.
- We will confirm the NEW DATE with you and your entire vendor team.
- We will request updated contracts and payment dates from ALL of your vendors.
- We will update all of the information in AISLE PLANNER.
- We will assist you in completing the GUEST NOTIFICATION TEMPLATE provided by our friends at Fete & Quill, so you can send it to your guests.
- We will be here for check-ins, design, planning and management leading up to and on your wedding day.
- We will EXECUTE on all of your revised plans.
