Caitlin & Jimmy celebrated at The Penny SLO in downtown San Luis Obispo, one of our favorite venues in the area. Caitlin is an event planner herself, so we were thrilled when she asked us to coordinate her wedding. It’s always an honor when a fellow planner trusts you with their big day!
This lovely couple found inspiration in a palette of whites, blushes and blues, with hints of gold throughout the entire design of the event. And just for fun, they placed gold star stickers underneath select water goblets as part of a drinking game, before inviting everyone to the dance floor. Caitlin and Jimmy also decided to do a twist on tradition and forgo the customary cake as dessert, and instead offered guests ice cream sandwiches. Who doesn’t love an ice cream sandwich?!?
