When you get asked to coordinate a fellow wedding planner’s wedding, you know you’re in for a treat!

Arika and Matt traveled all the way from Chicago for their destination wedding weekend, which included a welcome pool party, wine tasting and a band escort into the reception area!

The rehearsal dinner was a fun-filled night of games, laughs, a taco truck and a tap truck!

The morning of the wedding, the couple enjoyed separate activities where the ladies relaxed with a yoga session while the gentleman went on a bike ride (in their suits). Honoring both of their heritages, the couple included African-American and Jewish traditions in their ceremony to symbolize the merging of their families!

From the custom 3D seating display to the champagne tower and custom painted Veuve bottles, there were so many gorgeous and fun details the bride dreamt up that we were happy to bring to life! Another one of our favorite weddings of all-time!
