The AHE team kicked of the 2023 event season and Women’s History Month right with a female-led event celebrating women-owned businesses on the Central Coast!
We partnered with Chef Rachel Ponce, the owner of The Frunchroom, a soon-to-be-renovated dinner experience restaurant, Edible SLO Magazine, and At Her Table to bring this incredible wine pairing event to life!
As the event space was still under construction, we leaned in with a hard-hat themed event all-around and it was a hit!
Chef Rachel curated a delicious array of bites to pair with the different wines of the various women-owned wineries. The event also included the musical stylings of Emily V, an electric violinist, and DJ Janette, as well as micro-greens provided by Good Witch Farms and a delightful brew provided by Cellar Fermentation.
Stay tuned for future collaborations as we will be partnering with both Chef Rachel Ponce and Edible SLO for events in the coming year! We cannot wait to see what Chef Rachel does with the space!
