Chef’s Story: Chef Relly immigrated from Quezon City in the Philippines when he was thirty years old. He spent a few years learning the ropes and working up the ladder of developing businesses before deciding to start his own Filipino restaurant in Santa Maria, CA called FoodTrip!

Our Inspiration: We loved the space and atmosphere of the Della’s restaurant and we felt like it was perfect for what we were picturing for the dinner! All we needed to do was add a little magic to the tables! We were inspired by the greenery in the Philippines and had different kinds of dark green fronds laying out on the table and dried fronds in vases to add some differentiating colors!

The Kitchen: Owners Maggie Cameron and Eric Connolly both hail from the East Coast and have a love of wood fired pizza! This loving couple first started the restaurant The Hatch Rotisserie & Bar in 2015 and then expanded to Della’s 2021!
