This wedding was hands-down one of our favorite weddings of ALL TIME! We could go on and on (and on) about all the reasons why, but we’ll stick with the top three.

  1. There. Was. A. SLOTH! Fun fact: Amanda’s favorite animal in the whole world is a sloth, so when you combine her love for weddings with her love for sloths…the happiness was never-ending! (Back story: the groom’s mother owns a “Zoo-to-You” type of company where they bring animals to your event or classroom for entertainment and educational purposes)!
  2. Sydney and Derek were phenomenal clients!!! They continuously expressed their appreciation to our team throughout the day, proudly represented Cal Poly with the Mustang Soccer Chant, and had one of the best first dances we’ve ever seen! Our favorite Sydney quote was “Look, I work in events. I know how hard they can be. And you guys are freaking KILLING IT!”
  3. Rava Wines, one of the Central Coast’s newest venues, provided the most gorgeous backdrop for photos! This venue somehow has it all: an iridescent blue pond for ceremony, a villa-style courtyard for cocktail hour, and two options for reception: a spacious indoor event center and a great big lawn with a cement dance floor!

The whole day came together beautifully; it was clear from the start how hard our vendor team worked to make sure these dream clients got their dream wedding day! To top it all off, this wedding was featured in The Wedding Standard Blog; be sure to check it out here!

Love Letter: Amanda and her team helped us coordinate the PERFECT DAY! She was able to provide suggestions early on in the vendor selection process that helped us stay in budget, but have the event we envisioned. Each time my fiance and I were feeling stressed, one call, text, or email to Amanda allayed our concerns; the planning site she uses helped keep us organized and on track too. She was also able to tactfully manage our wily group without ruffling feathers during the actual wedding. My favorite thing about Amanda and her team was that they took the stress away from my fiance and I so that we could enjoy each and every moment. Her team made sure that our wedding party and families felt like VIPs all day, as well. Amanda was the best decision we made in our planning process (other than getting engaged)!
